1st Post

Thank you for Visiting Drive 2 Fitness.  My name is Paul Andrews and this my first post.  This will be updated every few days with new content.  Please subscribe.

Most know that I’m a Beachbody coach for 3 years.  My sister introduced me to the Insanity program after I noticed she was getting great results.  In the first year I lost 40 lbs. and the next 2 years I’ve been stuck at 205-215 lbs.  There was a stretch when I went back to 235 lbs. and within 6 months got back to 210 lbs. (last year).

Sunday I completed week 1of my 3rd round of Core De Force.  As I got on the scale I was very happy & satisfied losing 3 lbs.  I followed the program exactly and didn’t miss a workout, my food was 90%.

My 2 year freeze is not Beachbody’s fault its 100% mine.  I take full responsibility for not getting the results that I should of got.  Sometimes I follow the meal plan and sometimes I don’t.  Sometimes I half-ass the workouts, sometimes I put full effort and sometimes I skip it completely.

I decided that I’m sick and tired of setting weight loss goals for the last 2 years.  This week I realized that if I want to get rid of the last 40 lbs. in the next 6 months then I have to work hard for it and also stay consistent.  One week down with 11 weeks to go.  I must make a food plan and stick to it every week.

My next accountability group is called “Drive 2 Fitness Winter Shape Up For Summer”, it starts 1/30 with a week of preseason and goes for 30 days.  Beachbody has a new all access digital platform that includes every one of their programs (20+ programs) for a year.  You will also have access to any new programs they release in 2017 (3 scheduled).  30 days of Shakeology is included.  As your coach I will push you as hard as you want me to If you want more details message me.
